IM and TOK have entered into a joint development program (JDP) to accelerate the productization and commercialization of IM’s novel Multi Trigger Resist (MTR™) platform aimed at meeting the needs of EUV patterning amongst the industry’s leading chip manufacturers and foundries at the most advanced process nodes.
