We are an agile and innovative company with materials in our DNA

Irresistible Materials is a dynamic electronic materials company developing novel and proprietary platforms
for advanced semiconductor patterning.

Our work is based on broad and deep technical roots combined with highly relevant industry experience across lithography and chemistry with a clear focus on solutions that deliver high levels of performance and productivity.

Experience & Foundation

Built on deep industry and research experience

Irresistible Materials was founded on the mission to develop a unique photoresist material to enable the industry adoption of EUV lithography.

We recognized that the industry had an urgent need for a brand new resist platform, one engineered from the ground up for EUV lithography rather than having to rely on legacy technologies.

Significant hands-on and practical experience across data analytics, DOE design, etch, lithography, materials science, metrology, and synthetic chemistry

Active engagement with leading industry consortia and research programs

Solution-oriented approach for optimizing resist performance across the entire material stack in conjunction with etcher, scanner, and track

Strong global IP portfolio with over 50 combined patents granted and patent applications across 15 patent families covering material composition and application
